Jewelry Creation: Please allow 5-7 business days for pendant jewelry to be shipped out as for CUSTOM pieces, please allow 7-14 business days of creation before shipment as each is handmade to order.

The Prices of Products are expressed in EUROS, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties, for orders outside of the USA that shall be borne by the Customer.

International Standard Shipping:

This service is delivered by the Austrian Postal Service and typically arrives within 10 to 21 business days but may take up to 10 weeks depending on the particular country's customs policy. Tracking is available.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other fees that may be imposed upon delivery. We are unable to cancel an order due to non-payment of the above-named fees.

International Express Shipping:
This service is delivered by the Austrian Postal Service and typically arrives within 3 - 5 business days. The 3-5 business days is only the shipping time and does not include the 3-10 day creation period if your pieces are custom. This service provides a tracking number for your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other fees that may be imposed upon delivery.
